Job Description

You will play a key role in leading and managing a leader in enterprise unified communications and contact centre solutions in Malaysia, spearheading growth and exceeding performance against country targets.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall P& L of the company.
• Assume leadership role in the company managing all departments.
• Develop and execute business plans as directed by corporate HQ that will solidify the Company as a leader in the Telecommunication and ICT industry.
• Responsible for attainment of assigned revenue and profit targets.
• Develop, implement and review comprehensive business plans for all departments.
• Create a conducive and cohesive team environment.
• Manage operational efficiencies and project implementations to ensure profitability.
• Service and maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with potential customers.

• Minimum 8 - 10 years in Telecommunications and ICT related industry
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, EEE, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Experienced in enterprise unified communications, contact centre solutions, voice recording and analytics, both on-prem and in the cloud (SaaS). Knowledge in data networking will be advantageous.
• Excellent business and management skills with a good understanding of how to run a successful business and possess a thorough understanding of profit and loss.
• Excellent communications and leadership skills, pleasant personality and team builder.
• The ability to develop an organisational vision, and the ability to translate that vision into reality, drawing stakeholders into that vision.
• A consistent career track record of exceeding KPIs, revenue and profit targets.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
