: Monitoring courier attendance and availability in all areas and ensuring that couriers are following company policies and procedures Handling courier payroll and benefits and also resolving the courier matters related Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the end-to-end courier account activities Working with the operations team for courier fulfillment purposes including the event-based couriers in certain areas Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors and also evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree or higher, major in Management, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering At least 8-10 years of work experience in relevant fields that managed agent-based manpower (freelancer) and similar industry Strong communication skills with a high customer orientation mindset Basic knowledge of supply chain management, responsibility matrix, and appraisal objectives of Vendor management daily management, and able to independently track and coordinate the business appraisal of manpower service providers Familiar with logistics, transportation, and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage
