Language Trainers requires a Remote Course Coordinator
Founded in 2004 provides individually-tailored language training on a one-on-one or small group basis to busy people who need language skills for business, family, and travel needs.
The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home) and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from our headquarters in the UK. You will need to possess a very good command of the English language. You will also need to be highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection.
Responsibilities:

• Organising and coordinating courses from the moment the course is passed from the Sales team. This includes arranging schedules and locations, researching client's needs and motivation, and assigning a trainer accordingly.
• Coordinating teacher search with teachers' department and where appropriate use Academic advice.
• Seek and manage customer's feedback in accordance with company policy.
• Generate sales in line with targets set by management through re-bookings and referrals, by developing strong relationships with existing clients.
• Be up-to-date and knowledgeable on company products and the extent to which products can be tailored to the client's requirements. Successful candidate will require to proactively familiarise themselves with new offers and suggest them to the clients.
• Coordinating duties with Sales, Teachers and Accounts departments.
• Actively suggest sales, marketing and customer services initiatives and participate in company projects.
• Conduct client motivation research on a quarterly basis and come up with new ideas on product and services.
• Collect client's feedback for Marketing purposes.
• Reporting to management on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Professional Proficiency in English, both spoken/written
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent PC (Microsoft Office & internet) skills
• Strong organisational skills. Capable of analysis and good attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience: Proven customer service experience (at least 2 years)
• University degree (finished or in progress)
• Administrative experience (at least 12 months)

Working Conditions:

• Time zone: Monday to Friday, 10am-6.30pm Australian Eastern Time (one hour for lunch)
• Start: ASAP
• Work from home job: Must have own computer and internet connection
• 3-month probation period.
• 31 days of paid holiday
• Salary USD 800 + rebooking bonus.
