We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, managing inquiries, and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of shipments. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their logistics inquiries and shipments.



Respond promptly and effectively to customer requests and complaints via phone, email, or live chat.



Track and monitor shipments, providing customers with updates and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.



Coordinate with internal teams (transportation, warehousing, and sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.



Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.



Assist with order processing, including order entry and billing inquiries.



Provide customers with information on services, rates, and delivery timelines.



Help troubleshoot issues related to transportation and delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



Assist in documenting and improving processes related to customer service and logistics operations.



Participate in training and development initiatives to stay current with logistics trends and best practices.
