Kelayakan

We are in search of a meticulous and supportive Community Executive to join our dynamic team in an innovative and integrated real estate company. This role demands a proactive approach to managing the daily operations of our coworking spaces and managed offices, ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse clientele, including numerous international companies and MNCs expanding to Malaysia.

Location: Based in one of our coworking spaces in Bangsar South, Bandar Utama, or Kota Damansara, with the potential to rotate or travel to other locations as necessary. Any time worked over the weekend will be compensated with replacement leave.

Work Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with the requirement to be on standby for emergency inquiries from members outside of office hours. This position might require working on weekends, depending on operational needs.

Tanggungjawab
  • Diligently manage the daily operations, ensuring all facilities are properly maintained and operational.
  • Address member inquiries and complaints with a patient and detail-oriented approach, striving for resolution and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and external vendors to coordinate onsite repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure meticulous preparation of event spaces, paying close attention to every aspect and detail to guarantee a seamless and outstanding experience.
  • Prepare event spaces with precision, ensuring all aspects are taken care of down to the last detail.
  • Actively support sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
  • Foster strong and reliable relationships with members, understanding their needs to enhance their overall experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to calmly and patiently handle inquiries and complaints.
  • A supportive and cooperative attitude, fostering a harmonious team environment.
  • The ability to work independently, taking initiative to solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in event planning, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market, property management, and construction is a plus.
