JOB PURPOSEThe Creative Content Manager is responsible for creating and managing high-quality video and graphic content for our paid media campaigns. This role is critical in developing and executing creative strategies that drive performance for our ecommerce clients, ensuring that visual assets are compelling, on-brand, and effective in achieving marketing goals.KEY RESULTS/KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * Content Engagement Rate

OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES (specific results, actions, tasks this role is expected to deliver as well as areas of ownership and responsibility)
  • Create Engaging Video Content: Develop, edit, and optimize video content for digital platforms
  • Design High-Quality Graphics: Produce visually appealing graphics for digital content and ads.
  • Develop Creative Strategies: Formulate and execute creative strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the paid media team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative content.
  • Digital content competency: Strong understanding of Social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practice
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within an ecommerce or brand marketing environment.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design and editing tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work in video and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative and effective creative content.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and ecommerce.
