  • Curate content in line with brand\'s messaging for social media channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu etc.) & website
  • Propose campaigns and activations to deepen engagement with our consumers
  • Spot trends and create content ideas with viral potential
  • Head community management on social media - interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute content calendar
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
  • Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy in line with the store\'s brand, products, and target market.
  • Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
  • Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Creative Lead
Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma in marketing or communications, or a bachelor\'s degree in English.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural passion & enthusiasm for all things fashion & social media.
  • Have a creative mindset and have great aesthetic sense and a trend spotter!
  • Not afraid of being in front of the camera for content creation.
  • Excellent knowledge in shooting and editing quality content.
  • Highly experienced in using social media such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Basic knowledge in using Capcut, Google Slides and Spreadsheet.
  • Excellent communication, story-telling and problem-solving skills.
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin for postings in XiaoHongShu (additional languages are a plus).
  • Able to commute to office located at Kuala Lumpur.
