Position Overview:We are looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and creativity, with a proven track record in developing visually compelling concepts for both marketing on digital & offline campaigns to provide designs concepts for customization solutions on our BTL channels products.Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and etc).
• Experience in 3D software, photography/videography & handling social media would be a plus points.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms for internal company.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for customization of premiums gifts, merchandising display, roadshows/events, handling & maintain company website& social media platforms contents creation and postings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual impact solutions.
• Create visual assets including graphics, illustrations, layouts.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
