We are looking for a creative individual to join our expanding in-house design and marketing team! This individual would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but preform efficiently as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast past environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end creative ideation and develop local creative direction, where appropriately.
  • Adapt global playbooks/toolkits for execution, based on local requirements, for all channels, offline and online.
  • Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new creative ideas or look & feel.
  • Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to acquire new users and retain existing users.
  • Prepare digital product pitch presentations when required.
  • Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the PMI Brand Book.
  • Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media and e-mail campaigns, as well as analysing their impact, when necessary. This includes conceptualisation, storyboarding and production.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include sell sheets, social media, presentations, product packaging, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Content team, Program owners, Channel owners, Digital team to execute and implement new ideas.
Essential Skills and competencies:
  • Fully proficient with the skills and understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, MAC operating systems, other designing ad video editing softwares, etc.
  • Min. 5 years prior experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website, content creation is Required. Digital Photography is a plus.
  • A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
  • A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
  • An entrepreneurial by heart - Optimistic, able to take calculated risks, and most importantly can execute and/or improvise based on untested ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in art, graphic design, multimedia design, or equivalent.
