• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet marketing and branding objectives.
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and website visuals.
• Produce, edit, and enhance video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Design motion graphics and animations to enhance video projects and create dynamic content.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and best practices in graphic and video design to ensure innovative and effective content creation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives on visual storytelling.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in graphic design and video production, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design and video work, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
