We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team!

Here are the responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and sending out email campaigns. Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email automation. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for training programs and internal events. Ensure campaigns align with brand identity and business goals. Manage and update company's Telegram channel with engaging content. Monitor audience engagement and optimize posting strategies. Create a persuasive copywriting for emails, Telegram posts, and campaign materials. Work with the team to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging. Collect and interpret data from digital campaigns (email, social media, Telegram, etc.). Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness based on data.

Desired skills & requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms). Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
