Be able to work independently & also in a team, sometime need to discuss together with client if required
Have the designer acumen, creatively to judge, communicate & editing artwork/briefs based on clients\' need
Build trust & long-term relationship with all internal & external stakeholders such as sales team & clients
Develop, interpret brand guides & you know how to innovate within them.
Nurture the creative team to expand their skills, increase the quality & speed of their output.
Oversees the creation of visuals, copywriting, video, infographics & layoutfor creative projects
Leads the development of creative briefs & utilizes design methodologies
Manages graphic design, copywriting, campaign assets, creative outsource management, designers & creative team

Responsibilities

Requirement

IT skills & knowledge (MUST have) - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe XD * Advanced understanding of and experience with concept development.
