Requirements
We are looking for a Creative Executive who can bridge ideas, design, and execution!
This person will work closely with the content, marketing, and account teams to plan, visualize, and execute creative campaigns across social media, branding, and video projects.You're not just designing - you're helping to shape the creative direction and make ideas happen.
*Please note that non-halal brands are involved.
Who You Are:

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Advertising, Media, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in creative, design, or agency environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, layout, and brand storytelling
• Ability to multitask and work independently under tight timelines
• Passionate about creativity, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Fluent in English & Mandarin preferred (due to client needs)Bonus Skills (Preferred)
• Experience in motion graphics / video editing / storyboarding
• Familiar with social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)
• Knowledge in marketing or content strategy

Responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
CREATIVE CONCEPT & PLANNING

• Develop campaign ideas and visual directions based on brand strategy
• Assist in creative brainstorming and translate concepts into executable plans
• Support brand identity design, content planning, and campaign visuals

DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION

• Create marketing materials for social media, video, and print (visuals, layouts, storyboards, proposal deck)
• Work with videographers, copywriters and marketing teams to bring concepts to life
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand tone and quality

PROJECT COORDINATION

• Assist in managing creative timelines and deliverables across multiple brands
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Provide creative input during client discussions and team meetings

TREND & INNOVATION

• Stay updated on social, design, and digital marketing trends
• Introduce fresh ideas, styles, or tools to enhance creative workflow
