:

The Creative Executive will oversee the overall social media content and community management, and lead the content strategy for brands that are aligned with the overall Digital strategy and campaign focuses. This position will also ensure the consistency of the Brand voice and image on social media, as well as develop a range of engaging content leveraging Global/ Regional assets as well as locally created assets.

What You Will Achieve

• Engaging, creative, innovative content creation & adaptation: ensures all regularly scheduled content produced matches the positioning and voice of the Brands which suit target audiences and builds brand equity
• Manages the Brands\xe2\x80\x99 digital assets: development, and localization to support marketing programs and brand building efforts
• External content production agency: manages the agency by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
• Supports paid influencers: to ensure content direction based on aligned brief between brand and Media Manager/ CRM Manager/ Executive
• Copywriting: execute based on briefs provided by brand for brand posts

Qualifications

What You Will Need

• University degree level qualification
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications in the beauty industry with copy writing and Content creation experience
• Basic video and graphic editing skills will be an added advantage
• Displays in-depth knowledge about various social media platforms (and how they use these platforms to create campaigns
• Creative, conceptual thinking, strong co-ordination and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
• Results-oriented, with strong drive to meet objectives and ELC\xe2\x80\x99s/prestige cosmetics high standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
