Deliver company's brand vision across all communication and marketing channels
Design digital and print assets (e.g., brochures, packaging, signage, EDMs, menus)
Maintain and evolve the Brand Bible and visual identity
Oversee all design deliverables including social media visuals and event collaterals
Manage and execute packaging design and sourcing
Support in the spatial design of factory and retail/shop environments
Assist in web design, UI elements, and website maintenance (working with developers when needed)
Liaise with external vendors for printing and production
Content Creation
Design static and motion content for campaigns and daily marketing (e.g., imagery, gifs, videos)
Ensure brand consistency across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website
Stay updated on visual trends and maintain an idea/content bank
Develop creative assets optimized for various formats and placements
Secondary Role -- Visual Merchandising
Design engaging in-store and window displays
Strategically arrange products to enhance customer engagement
Ensure brand consistency across physical store layouts
Stay informed on retail design trends and seasonal updates
Technical Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Familiarity with Figma and basic web/UI design tools
Experience with photography and styling
Eye for detail, layout, typography, and motion
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Independent, resourceful, and creative
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a related role, from any industry background
Strong creativity in packaging design and marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, posters)
Experience working with local printers and managing print production processes is a plus
