Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia content that support the company's brand and communication strategies. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Corporate Communication and Marketing team to deliver impactful digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop on-brand graphics, illustrations, layouts, and templates for digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website assets, and advertisements. Collaborate with the Corporate Communication and Marketing team to understand project objectives, target audiences, and messaging, ensuring all designs align with marketing strategies and goals. Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and marketing materials. Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creativity and design quality. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Review and provide constructive feedback on design concepts, layouts, and final artwork. Optimize designs for different platforms and formats, applying responsive design principles and usability best practices. Maintain an organized library of design assets such as stock photos, illustrations, templates, and multimedia files for easy access and reuse. Plan, shoot, edit, and produce videos for web and mobile platforms, including editing raw footage, adding effects, and creating motion graphics.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, or a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong portfolio showcasing design, illustration, and video/multimedia projects. Knowledge of responsive design, digital marketing formats, and social media trends. Video production and editing experience (shooting, editing, and motion graphics). Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
