Creative Graphic Designer (Work-from-Home)

Location:

Remote (Malaysia-based)

Physical Meeting Frequency:

Once or twice a month at Setia Alam / Klang Valley

Full-time with EPF, SOCSO, PCB contribution

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (8am - 5:30pm)

What You'll Do

As our Creative Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of Give Fun's visual storytelling -- from product illustrations to campaign launches. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure our designs inspire, delight, and connect with our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Create

product illustrations

and visual assets based on briefs. Design

weekly newsletters

and adapt them across multiple formats -- including

email, social media, stories, and website

. Produce

artworks for customers' custom orders

and send

mock-ups

for approval. Conceptualize and design

new product ideas

, keeping Give Fun's playful aesthetic in mind. Develop

website visuals

-- category images, homepage banners, seasonal carousels, and festive logo versions. Ensure every piece of design meets our

high attention to detail

and brand standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Order Fulfilment, Marketing, Product Listing, etc.) to deliver tasks efficiently. Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines. Occasionally work with

vendors/printers

to ensure production quality and budget control.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in Canva

with a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Bonus if experienced in

Adobe Photoshop

and

Illustrator

(preferred but not required). Passionate about design, trends, and creativity -- especially in lifestyle, gifts, or e-commerce. Organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing multiple design tasks simultaneously. Able to take creative direction and contribute fresh ideas that enhance the brand experience. Self-driven and comfortable working

independently from home

, but also collaborative during monthly team sessions. While the role is fully remote, we're looking for someone who can bring
