Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Creative Head with at least 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design. The ideal candidate is highly attuned to current digital and social media trends and has a proven track record of leading teams and executing across multiple platforms.

Interpret business and product requirements to develop creative ideas and campaigns for execution across platforms (website, EDM, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, retail). Lead and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and the graphic design team to execute content across all channels. Utilize research and consumer insights to craft engaging content, campaign mechanics, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience. Stay immersed in the digital and social media landscape, maintaining awareness of emerging trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging. Organize and manage creative activities in collaboration with the brand team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery across multiple deadlines and teams. Liaise with external vendors such as production houses, printers, and agencies to produce high-quality creative materials and collateral. Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, flexibility, and a sharp eye for detail to deliver creative work that elevates the brand.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in creative development, art direction, and design. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality creative work. Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media trends. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
