To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline;
Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded;
Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation;
Work out technical & construction details including loose furniture & fixed furniture items for factory production;
Understand and implement the project design intent, overseeing and contributing to the construction documentation and execution of construction.
To support & attend site meeting / inspection during project period;
Conduct site measurements;
Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, Sales support, Client/Consultant etc;
Requirement
Minimum 1 year working experience in Interior Design
Have own transport
Able to read and write Chinese due to need to deal with China company.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm , Alternative Saturday (2nd and 4th week only, 9am to 1pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
