Reporting to Company Director and Shareholders, Creative Salon Director and Hair, Scalp, And Chemical Product Expert, is the salon\xe2\x80\x99s subject matter expert in all services related to hair and beauty including but not limited to colouring, hair and scalp care, skin care, styling, make up and consultation to all clients. The incumbent is expected to be independent requiring minimum to no supervision in discharging her duties. OUTCOME MEASUREMENTS: - Ensure all clients receive proper consultation following extensively examining their hair, scalp and skin and provided with best professional advise on the service they are attending the salon for, prior to receiving any services. - Establishing high standards, proper work process and clear communication between all salon\xe2\x80\x99s staff and other professionals providing other beauty services within the salon. - Provide technical expertise and advice to other professionals working under her supervision, actively implementing customer review exercises and peer reviews. - Ensuring full compliance of all the services and all the products used for all services following health and safety regulation and code of conduct. - Lead the team of expert and professional working under her supervision and management in the salon to deliver all services leasing to customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction, strategizing sales, events and training to achieve the sales target and overall salon\xe2\x80\x99s rating. - Manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s and team member\xe2\x80\x99s relationship to ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s loyalty. - Ensuring services are provided within the cost and budget calculated and confirmed with client at the end of consultation session. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. The expert must specialize in blonde hair and its maintenance & upkeep by possessing techniques such as full head bleaching, root touch-ups, balayage, foliage, teasy light smudging, melting, glossing, highlights, and many more, in combination with their maintenance and correction techniques. 2. Expert in chemical services such as treatments, keratin, straightening and curling for light hairs since they all face similar problems that can only be rectified by a specialist. 3. Must have the skills, knowledge & experience to manage a high end hair salon, establish high customer service standard for all staff and others to follow, be highly knowledgeable in providing the right professional consultations to the clients based on their hair condition and client\xe2\x80\x99s desires & needs. 4. Must be able to plan & manage yearly, monthly & daily operation, cost & purchasing, promotions & marketing. She also must be able to manage at least a team of 10 senior & junior employees. 5. Must be able to train appointed local stylists & transfer her knowledge to the team assisting her to provide all services related to light hair. 6. With extensive and sophisticated techniques in light hairs, the professional must have the necessary knowledge to consult her clients on how to properly maintain their hair after their services have been completed. 7. Must be competently able to examine and provide scalp skin consultation and explain its limitation of each individual and incorporate the findings with the techniques to provide the most accurate recommendations and treatments for the client. 8. Must consistently upgrade her knowledge and techniques and keep up with latest trends and hair service technology to implement them continuously in the salon environment. 9. Must establish a professional relationship with product brands and work toward attracting associates and partners to expand the salon\xe2\x80\x99s services and capacity. 10. Must keep a clear record of all salon\xe2\x80\x99s activities, staff, spendings, earnings and client\xe2\x80\x99s data. ABILITIES: - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. - Ability to create a fresh and unique look to fulfill client satisfaction. - Strong communication skills with clients and team members. - Ability to establish trust and confidence with her clients. - Ability to analyze and understand any hair product and their function. - Proficient in salon management, leading and organization. - In-depth understanding and familiarity with health and safety measures of different products and all procedures pertaining to her service to client. QUALIFICATIONS: The Require candidate must have at least 20 years of experience providing various hair & beauty services, be formally certified by reputable and international academies for each specific service we provide in Blonde Studio, have a positive track record, and quantifiable history of customer satisfaction records for special services hired for. She must also be extremely familiar with all specific professional hair products that are required to be used for each specific service provided at the salon.
