Your role

The Creative Service Manager (CSM) / Traffic Manager oversees and manages operations of the different creative departments within Lion & Lion group. The CSM acts as a liaison between the offices of the region and works collaboratively with Client Directors and Creative Directors to help manage assignments.

• collaborates with Managing Directors, Business Directors and Senior Leadership to ensure effective resource allocation and utilisation for the business, providing regular updates and required solutions on resourcing needs (both for internal resources and outsourcing).
• balancing ad-hoc requests based on planned capacity, lead time required and client deadline.
• develop an understanding of each role across departments, including the full scope of tasks, skills required and the nature of each brand.
• provides meaningful reports analysis to Managing/Business Directors and senior leadership to ensure they make informed decisions on client needs for the business.
• provides suggestions and initiates process improvements to optimize team allocations and resourcing.
• escalate to Management about the current workflow, and communicate any possible issues
• is directly responsible for establishing partnerships with vendors and contractors, ensuring the system is working efficiently and partners are managed effectively.
• Manage sourcing of vendors and vendor liaison in relation to creative-related projects.

Your profile

To be considered for this position you have to have excellent communication skills, be self motivated and an effective problem solver. You have to be capable of managing busy schedules and prioritise across projects. The right candidate will also be able to oversee the review process and distribute approved assets to the right teams. The required skills are:

• Proven experience as a Client Service Manager /project manager within a busy and fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience in managing people and projects.
• Wide knowledge in digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Possess strong passion in organisation, time management, and problem solving.
• Works well with numbers, able to break down and analyse data sets. Excel knowledge is a must.
• People person, positive and able to communicate and work together well with team members and senior leaders.
