As Video Designer of Performance Ads, you will report to the Team Lead within the Performance Ads Creative team, you will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing COE team in Singapore, regional marketing teams, and business development units across multiple markets. Your critical impact lies in creating high-converting video advertisements that drive client acquisition and engagement across digital platforms, directly contributing to aggressive growth targets and brand positioning in the competitive fintech landscape.
Your responsibilities will include:
Produce high-converting financial video ad creatives for global platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google.
Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, AI voiceover) to efficiently generate virtual financial scenes, data animations, and other visual assets.
Edit and enhance creatives using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Photoshop - handling cutting, motion graphics, subtitles, pacing, and platform-specific visual packaging.
Collaborate with research and User Acquisition teams to develop ad concepts based on trending topics, transforming complex financial logic into compelling and accessible content.
Analyze and break down top-performing creatives to identify patterns in rhythm, visuals, and structure, and apply findings to improve ROI.
Localize creatives into multiple languages through dubbing, subtitling, and re-editing to improve global adaptability and production efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or above, with 2+ years of experience in video editing or ad creative production. Experience in finance/fintech, overseas advertising, e-commerce, or performance marketing is preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Proficient in editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop) and familiar with creative AI tools (e.g., AI-generated images/videos, voiceovers).
Understanding of creative styles and compliance requirements across international advertising platforms. Ability to quickly grasp financial concepts and translate them into visual storytelling.
Data and result-driven mindset with strong sensitivity to ads performance. Skilled in analyzing and optimizing creative elements for higher conversion.
Soft skills:
Strong time management skill and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with media buying, content, and research teams.
