Responsibilities: Validation of Credit Application and Facility Agreement. Management of credit facility documentation. Post execution credit administration activities such as due date management of credit items, administration of covenants, etc. Corporate Guarantee and collateral related operations. Preparation and submission of Head Office Reports. Checking of financial data. Manage drawdown, renewal, interest due date, covenants of facility. Notification action to Borrower and Lenders. Requirements: Degree in relevant fields such as Banking, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. At least 3 years or more relevant experience in banking or financial institutions with exposures in Credit Risk Management/ Credit Analysis/ Credit Administration. Good attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, analytical skills, communication skills.
