Manage the scanning, indexing, and electronic filing of purchaser and project-related documents.
Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete, and accurately labeled before uploading into the system.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to allow easy document retrieval.
Support basic administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and preparation of simple reports as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scanning, and file management.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to travel to the Sungai Way work location.
