Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Handle document scanning, indexing, and electronic filing of purchasers' and project-related documents. Ensure all scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly labeled before uploading to the system. Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure documents are organized and easily retrievable. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and preparing simple reports when required. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scanning, and file management. Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM80.00 per day

Work Location: In person
