Credit Analyst

Job Description
:
u Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applicants.
u Review financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and collateral.
u Perform credit scoring, rating, and due diligence for SME and corporate clients.
u Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to the credit committee.
u Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure credit quality and identify warning signs.
u Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan policies and procedures are followed.
u Provide recommendations to improve credit approval workflow and risk management practices.
u Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
Desired Experience and Skills
includes
u Previous experience working in a bank or audit firm (minimum 2 years).
u Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and lending practices.
u Familiar with loan documentation, financial statement analysis, and credit scoring models.
u Proficiency in Lao and English language (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
u Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
u High attention to detail and accuracy.
u Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Qualification:
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related fields.Working location:
Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic and international travel).Working time:
from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.Salary:
up to 1,500$Report to owner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,710.43 - RM8,100.28 per month
