Position : Credit Assessment Executive Salary Range : RM 3,000 -RM 5,000 Working Hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri / 9am -6pm s \xc2\xb7 Refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval \xc2\xb7 Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process. \xc2\xb7 Analyse applicants\' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. \xc2\xb7 Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. \xc2\xb7 Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants\' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. \xc2\xb7 Review and update credit and loan files. \xc2\xb7 Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy. \xc2\xb7 Compute payment schedules. \xc2\xb7 Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation. \xc2\xb7 Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them. \xc2\xb7 Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Degree in Finance / Economics is required or other related \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge and experience with financial software and databases \xc2\xb7 Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations - Malaysia (Australia would be an added advantage) \xc2\xb7 Bilingual abilities in English & Mandarin would be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
