Make follow-up calls to customers with pending payments.
Contact customers via WhatsApp to obtain transaction records.
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp chats and calls.
Answer inbound calls to handle customer requests, such as statements, balance checks, and other related matters.
Record pending payments in Excel and liaise with dealers to confirm outstanding balances.
Print bank statements and issue receipts for payments made via bank transfer.
Prepare and submit insurance and road tax documentation.
Attend to walk-in customers for payment or instalment collection.
Review daily collection reports and prepare listings of customers who have completed full settlement for Director's submission to delist from CTOS.
Prepare draft payment records and statements as requested by customers.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
