RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Remind and follow up with customers on their overdue accounts.
Good negotiation skills on repayment methods.
Able to converse fluently in Bahasa and English.
Ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.
Be tackful and able to handle customers at all levels.
Be alert and maintain professionalism while handling and communicating with a customer.
REQUIREMENTS:-
SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
Good communication skills (BM & English).
Self-discipline and Team player.
