Job Details:

Position : Collection Executive

Company Industry : Industrial Equipment

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (08.30 A.M. to 05.30 P.M.)

Working Location : Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal basis)

Remuneration : Basic salary RM4,000 - RM6,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as collection executive in MNC/ corporate company
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedure
• Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Patience and resilience
• Able to start in short notice
• Only open for Malaysian nationality

JOB SCOPE

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or invoice
• Finding and contacting debtors daily to arrange debt payoffs
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
• Escalate matters pertaining to billing enquiry/disputes to superiors timely.
• Met monthly target set by the management
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept & branches regarding customer accounts on timely basis
• Customer visit
