Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
Issue invoices, statements, and reminders to customers.
Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Review and evaluate customer credit limits.
Prepare aging reports and update management on collection status.
Work with sales and finance teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Maintain accurate customer payment records.
