Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT/strata title matters. Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application. To work together with sales team for the daily sales status as well as finance team for cash flow, billing and collection matters. Ensure that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings & collections, vacant possession and other related works including late payment interest, water & electricity deposit, all required statutory reports/listings to local Authorities are prepared & submitted in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and follow up with loan solicitor to ensure that the end-financier for progress loan documentation until loan is disbursed within the timeframe. To ensure a proper filing system is maintained and all information is accurately updated and posted in the system. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and Management.

Job Requirements:



At least diploma/Bachelor's Degree qualification. At least 2 years working experience in property development Company. Strong knowledge in the property systems IFCA.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
