Position: Credit Controller Officer Working Duration: 4 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (potentially be renewed for an additional 1-2 months based on performance) Working Hours & Days: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5 pm Job Responsibilities: To call /email customers for due payments and ensure timely collection. Always verify and confirm monthly payments to prevent skipped payments for the month. To follow up on the skip & short payment immediately and ensure payment include in next payment. To closely monitor long overdue payments not collected. To notify customer services to hold shipments after overdue payments are not settled after 14 days. To notify customer services to release shipments immediately upon confirmation of payment receipt. To notify Marketing/customer service to stop accepting new bookings for overdue accounts more than 30 days. To maintain a record of problematic or disputed charges for review and endorsement by superiors, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken immediately. To visit customers to resolve disputes or clarify billings as and when required, following guidance from superiors. To submit collection report to superior for checking To complete urgent work before/after office hours as necessary Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned from time to time. Job Qualification Minimum Diploma holder Preferable 2 years related experience or Fresh Graduate Excel and Microsoft 365 experience Good communications and writing skill in English and BM. Chinese language will be added advantage.
