As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and controlling credit activities.

key Responsibilities:-

  • Contact customers to collect overdue payments and resolve any billing issues with internal teams.
  • Monitor credit limits and review customer accounts to ensure adherence to established credit policies.
  • Assess credit risk and make recommendations for credit limit adjustments
  • Handle credit disputes and negotiate payment plans to minimize bad debt
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and credit control activities
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to establish effective credit control strategies.
  • Prepare report and provide regular updates on credit control activities to management
  • Review sales orders on credit block
  • Perform review/validation on all Vendor Bank detail amendment requests
  • Ad-hoc treasury task assigned by manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in credit control, credit analysis or a similar role
  • Strong Knowledge of credit management principles, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
