The Credit Management Executive (AR) is responsible in handling Account Receivable operations for Singtel and NCS Group of companies, including but not limited to receipting and refunds.Make an Impact by:
  • Handling end-to-end Receipting activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and rectification, collection vendor commission
  • In charge of end-to-end Refund activities, such as assessment, raising and providing supporting document to refund request
Responsible for end-to-end GIRO Activities, including but not limited to assessment of form besides sending rejection lettersPreparation and submission of Audit ScheduleManaging of various work Generic mailboxSkills for SuccessBachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalentMinimum 2 years of working experience in Finance Operations handling reconcilation/ checkingSkilled in Excel and Microsoft Suite/ toolsPossess basic Accounting knowledgeAble to communicate efficiently in English, both written and verbalWilling to work based on Singapore Public Holiday calendarJoin us on our mission to continue defining the future of financial services.
