To liaise with solicitors, end-financiers, purchasers and government agencies in relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Documentation.
Generating progress billings to end - financiers.
Following up with banks and lawyers for release of end - financing.
To assist in monitoring sales proceeds collection and progress payment.
To handle all issuance of vacant possession to purchasers and issuance of letter to notify on the transfer of titles.
To handle all subsale and MOT matters.
Checking Sales & Purchase Agreement (includes checking floor plan, specifications, price, built-up area and buyers' particulars).
To ensure timely application and/or renewal of Advertising Permit and Developer's License (APDL) for new and existing projects.
To ensure timely submission of quarterly progress report (KPKT 7f) to Authorities or relevant ministries.
Willing to learn the Housing Integrated Management System (KPKT HIMS portal) and the Property Developer Software IFCA
Marketing
Preparing documentation for existing & new development project (master file ie. sales forms, letter of purchase, credit note bumi discount etc.).
Any other task / project will be assigned from time to time by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications Diploma in any relevant field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skill and able to communicate with authorities.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
