Job Description
- Gain experience in telecommunication industry. Unlimited income (you determine your own income). Increase your negotiation and customer service skills.
- Minimum SPM certificates and above
- Malaysian only
- From 18 - 40 years only
- Minimum basic computer knowledge
- Preferred experienced / Non-experience are encouraged to apply
- Possess own transportation
- Able to work in Batu Caves area
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money.
- Locate and contact debtors.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Handle customers\' questions or complaints.
- Build trust with debtors.
- Training provided
