Identify and analyze overdue accounts / Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
Contact borrowers for collection and payment negotiations.
Restructure repayment schedules or propose settlement plans.
Monitor payment commitments after restructuring.
Minimum Qualifications
Aged between 18 - 40 years old.
Able to work in a team.
Able to work based on targets (target-oriented).
