Job Description
- Customer Service
- Collections
- Call customer to remind on payments for past due accounts.
- Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment and/or other issues.
- Understand and assess the financial situations of customers in order to maximize recovery of debts.
- Work with customers to solve payment problem and make workable repayment arrangements.
- Follow up on broken promises to pay.
- Women or Men (will be consider if fulfill the requirements)
- Min SPM (18 years old above)
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia | English
- Able to communicate with customer thru phone
- Able to convince customer to make payment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Hardworking
- Target oriented
- With or without experience (training provided)
- Commission
- Friendly environment (Selesa & Ceria)
