Crew Member
, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packaging.
Operate POS system and handle cash or digital transactions.
Ensure product quality and consistency according to company standards.
Support team members and follow supervisor instructions.
Uphold safety, cleanliness, and food-handling procedures.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen, aged 18 years and above.
Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in the food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
