• Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum qualification SPM
• Preferably with Sales Experience (1-2 years working experience)

• Must be willing to work during retail hours (e.g. Public holidays/weekends)
• Must be computer literate and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service while assisting with the product
• Take and process customer orders accurately, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system as needed.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including seasonal and specialty items, and answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and promotions.
• Restock inventory, monitor supplies, and communicate any needs to management to support efficient operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation by cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and the store environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
• Provide feedback to management about customer interactions, operational challenges, or improvement opportunities.
