Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of patient care management and treatment of patient under her care. Supervise the Junior Staff Nurse / Hospital Aide / Attendant and other Clinic staff. Assist to provide guidance and teaching of new staff on the outpatient care. To provide quality and safe patient care according to International Patient Safety Goals and IJN Quality Improvement and patient safety plan. Develop and manage care plan for patients and assign duties to other team members. Provide assistant to Doctors and other healthcare providers during medical examination and treatment. Give reassurance and psychological support to patients whenever necessary. Assist to perform screening for all outpatients before Doctor\'s consultation, which include visual screening for high risk of fall, physiologic parameters and pain screening. Ensure all relevant records and charts are kept in order, in a safe place and not accessible to unauthorized person. Escalate any issues pertaining to patient complaint, safety or dissatisfaction whenever necessary to Manager or Person in charge. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Nursing and registered with Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB). Knowledge and experience in Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Nursing is an advantage Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken & written. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Knowledge in infection control and sleep study program. Knowledge in Infection Control guidelines
