Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to assure implementation of the corrective actions.
  • Supports the team in Business Continuity Plan (BCP)/ Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) test and direct involvement with the coordination of the testing activity.
  • Assist in compilation, communication and assessment of potential business impact analysis (BIA) and risk identification (RIA) for business units.
  • Maintains an overview of the problem queue, updating status and keeping the affected stakeholder informed of progress.
  • Conduct root cause analysis across identified problem areas or escalated incidents going to related business units.
  • Coordinate Regional Sales with Marketing, ASSET and Navitaire.
  • Coordinate Incident Triage with InfoSec Team in managing security related Incidents.
  • Ability to review, understand and compose Standard-Operating-Procedures (SOP) and Policies that govern Incident, Problem, Change & Disaster Recovery for Group wide operations.
  • Work together with different cross-functional teams across different geographies to respond effectively to any sudden changes to market conditions (e.g. area-wide lockdowns or travel restrictions) which may impact operational status.
  • Will be the point of contact for all Major Incidents and Escalation per say.
  • Ensure timely communications to stakeholders and up to date records for the post incident review.
  • Document and communicate findings to an array of audiences which includes both technical and executive teams.
  • Represent Critsit in Internal and External Audit Interview whenever required by the Business.
  • Leading the Change Management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Authorise minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
  • Supporting the Change Manager in decisions for Major changes.
  • Candidate may be asked to be involved in additional supporting role for strategic work and ICT related projects
Candidate requirements:
  • Minimum requirement is ITIL v3 Foundation or has attended ITIL training.
  • Experience minimum 2 years experience in the IT Environment regardless of Industry.
  • Knowledge of Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure,) added advantage.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Able to work under tight deadlines whenever it is given.
  • Must be co-operative towards off shift Incidents (where and when needed.
