: Play a pivotal role in crafting and executing campaigns to optimize traffic, SOV, buyer conversion, and longer-term retention that is in line with the platform\'s strategic direction Tasked with ensuring seamless operational workflows, ultimately increasing user engagement through the different projects that you manage Online marketing to strengthen Shopee\'s overall SOV and drive orders to the platform Buyer reactivation and retention to support user journey and drive purchases via lifecycle segmentation New User Growth to encourage new buyer acquisition Shopee Rewards program to drive user engagement to that platform via a suite of vouchers for users to claim Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business / Management, Marketing, or other relevant courses 1-4 years of industry experience in related field(s) with a strong passion and knowledge for digital marketing Good balance of strategy, planning, and operational capabilities Comfortable with data, proficient in quantitative analysis and performance metrics. Enjoy working in a dynamic and vibrant environment. Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suite
