Job Description

Our client is known for their services in the logistics industry, providing services to more than 200 countries in the world. With a strong commitment to their clients, they are looking for a CRM IT Lead to enhance their customer experience.As the CRM IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within the organization. You will be part of a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of the CRM platform, supporting business objectives and enhancing customer relationships.Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of the CRM platform with other IT systems and applications, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support tools, to enable data flow and process automation across the organization.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities, working closely with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Implement and enforce security measures and access controls to protect sensitive CRM data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor system performance, analyze usage metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement, implementing enhancements to enhance system efficiency and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience (5 years) in IT leadership roles, with a focus on CRM systems implementation, integration, and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and technologies, with proficiency in customization, development, and integration techniques.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and drive project deliverables to completion.
