About you:
We are looking for 2 senior consultant & 2 junior consultant.As a CRS Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for leading successful CRS implementations from start to finish. This role requires managing a wide range of activities, balancing shifting priorities, and ensuring timely execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, adapts quickly to changing conditions, and delivers practical solutions that drive customer success. By guiding clients through the onboarding process, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transitions, strong adoption, and long-term satisfaction with SHR's CRS platform.This position is aligned with US business hours to provide effective support to our US-based teams and customers. Candidates must be comfortable working in this time zone.
