Job Summary:
The Crypto Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales growth, partnerships, and client acquisition in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and building strong relationships with institutional and retail clients to expand the company's crypto offerings.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and user acquisition targets for crypto products (e.g., exchanges, wallets, tokens, DeFi solutions).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the crypto ecosystem, including institutional investors, payment partners, and merchants.
Lead negotiations and close high-value partnerships and sales deals.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline -- from lead generation to closing.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and account executives.
Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability across the team.
Foster a culture of high performance, transparency, and collaboration.
Market & Client Management
Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging crypto trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Represent the company at crypto events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Collect client feedback to guide product improvements and innovation.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
Ensure compliance with local and international crypto regulations (KYC/AML, licensing, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management -- with at least 2 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of crypto markets, tokens, exchanges, wallets, and blockchain technology.
Strong network within the crypto or fintech community is a major advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
