Education & Experience:

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Drafting and Design, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical estimation or HVAC-related design is preferred (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication and ventilation systems.
• Competent in using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for costing and reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

1. Design Support:

• Interpret project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare or modify basic 2D/3D design layouts using CAD software.
• Assist engineers in designing custom exhaust hoods, ductwork, and accessories to meet client requirements.
• Ensure design compliance with safety, hygiene, and industry standards.

2. Cost Estimation:

• Create quotation based on Customer Service Engineer design.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain updated design files, cost databases, and estimation records.
• Prepare technical submittals and assist in preparing quotation documents.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to meet project deliverables.
