Job Description
We are a recruitment agency based in Kuala Lumpur looking for potential candidates for our client company. Details as below:
a) Develop detailed structural designs and civil engineering plans for projects like buildings, bridges, and infrastructure systems.
b) Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and potential risks.
c) Prepare comprehensive technical documents, blueprints, specifications, and engineering reports.
d) Oversee daily site operations, manage labour forces, and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans.
e) Act as the main technical advisor on-site, providing expertise to subcontractors, craftspeople, and site staff.
f) Ensure the quality and accuracy of work, checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and compliance.
g) Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints.
h) Assess potential risks and propose solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
i) Liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
j) Ensure all civil and structural work complies with relevant environmental, safety, and zoning regulations.
k) Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure and systems, including conducting inspections and providing recommendations for improvements.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
