JR46321 C&S Engineer

• Organize and strategize design activities, including generating construction documents or overseeing external design teams as part of engineering design.
• Ensure projects and systems adhere to local codes, remain cost-effective, and fulfill desired design criteria while following budget and schedule guidelines.
• Manage construction administration within operational manufacturing facilities, drawing from field work and construction expertise.
• Deliver projects with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability, ensuring no disruption to customer operations.
• Efficiently collaborate and coordinate with customer organizations, maintaining effective and open lines of communication
• Demonstrate proficiency across diverse systems like civil works, structural foundations, exterior and interior architectural works, cleanroom architecture, roofing, and more.
• Display familiarity with relevant building and structural codes influencing design and construction.
• \xc2\xb7 Exhibit foundational knowledge of the interactions between general electrical and mechanical systems with building structural and architectural elements.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are complied with, as defined in the safety and health manual and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained always at site.
• Prepare annual and monthly Preventive Maintenance plans for the equipment and ensure that the work is executed and documented.
• Ensure that plants maintain high availability all the time, executing on time Corrective Maintenance activities and assisting Plant during Urgent Jobs, even outside normal hours.
• Create, maintain and dispose SAP PM master list.
• Execute food safety activities such as internal FS audit, Gemba walk audit.
• Carry out continuous process/ operational improvement programs.
• Receive materials/ spare parts and maintain proper inventory.
• Carry out plant process trouble-shooting when required.
• Preparation and periodic review of Work Instructions.
• Manages & supervises technicians & vendors for repair, service & preventive maintenance jobs.
• CAPEX project planning & execution
• Showcase strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Utilize software including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, AutoCAD, and Revit for task completion.
• Display capability in managing multiple projects and meeting associated deadlines.
• Exhibit self-starting traits, taking initiative and driving results.
• Demonstrate coordination skills across various design disciplines and projects.

• Develop and review FMEA, RA, EAIA, HAZOP & SOP for facilities system.
• Develop, implement, and improve reliable solution for optimum facilities system performance.
• Develop Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) on existing facilities system.
• Support internal and external audits \xe2\x80\x93 IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RBA & Manage Facilities.
• Planning, analysis and manage of critical spare part and consumables item.
• Apply 8D, Fishbone diagram, pareto chart and 5-Why for problem solving of facility operation issues which includes finding root cause, corrective, and preventive actions.
